Rocket Appartamento TCA vs Jura E8
As of October 3, 2026, the Rocket Appartamento TCA ($2300) is about $299 cheaper than the Jura E8 ($2599).
Both are enthusiast-tier machines, so neither is a clear step up — pick on boiler design and features rather than prestige. The Rocket Appartamento TCA uses a heat exchanger while the Jura E8 uses a super-automatic system; that drives how fast it heats and whether you can steam and brew at once. At today's prices the Rocket Appartamento TCA saves you about $299 (13%), a modest gap that's easy to justify if the pricier model fits your needs better. The Jura E8 is MAP-priced (everyone lists the same number), while the Rocket Appartamento TCA shows real retailer variation — it can be worth waiting for a dip. Remember the all-in cost: the Jura E8 has a built-in grinder (ready to brew near $2719), whereas the Rocket Appartamento TCA needs a separate grinder, pushing a complete setup to about $4015.
